Les états généraux des mines organisés à Kinshasa par le ministère des mines en Août dernier avait accouché des plusieurs recommandations; et celà, portent déjà les fruits. La Ministre des mines, Antoinette N’Samba Kalambayi dans se différents discours ne cesse de faire appel à l’opinion nationale qu’internationale (opérateur économique) de pouvoir s’impliquer dans le secteur minier afin de contribuer au développement de la République Démocratique du Congo dans différents domaines ainsi de faire accroître le budget de l’État.
Ce lundi 08 novembre 2021, une délégation de l’entreprise Niziplioglu Kiymetli Madenler A.S, évoluant en Turquie est venue présenté à la Ministre N’Samba Kalambayi leur projet, celui de la création d’une entreprise de raffinerie et d’une Banque d’Or en RDC.
Conduite par son M. Murat Niziplioglu, Président du conseil d’administration, cette structure minière familiale priorise l’épanouissement de l’homme congolais.
» Étant une entreprise familiale, oeuvrant depuis plusieurs années en Turquie, nous sommes spécialisées dans le domaine minier et nous avons préféré implanter notre entreprise au Congo, notre motivation est que, la RDC, c’est un pays qui regorge des ressources énormes » a-t-il éclairé devant la presse au sortir de cette audience.

» Par cet investissement, nous voulons aussi participer à l’amélioration des conditions sociales de la population congolaise, c’est-à-dire donner du travail aux congolais par la création d’une entreprise proprement locale qui va raffiner les minerais congolais, au lieu de les envoyer à l’extérieur du pays. le constat est qu’en RDC, il y’a la classe des riches et de pauvres « .
Ayant la charge du Ministère du Commerce extérieur, Jean-Lucien Bussa a aussi rehaussé de sa présence au cours de cette entrevue entre la Ministre des mines et les responsables de la société Turque Niziplioglu Kiymetli Madenler.
