Le Corps des mandataires en mines et carrière (CMMC en sigle) s’est engagé depuis le 07 Juillet 2021 d’appuyer le secteur minier.
Au cours de la cérémonie de sa sortie officielle le mardi 01 Mars 2022 à Fleuve Congo Hôtel, quelques membres ont pris la parole pour les allocutions de circonstance. Mme Bernadette Pundu, Vice-Présidente du conseil des sages a présenté la vision du CMMC.
De son côté, Georges Bukundu, vice-président du CMMC a évoqué le contexte actuel du secteur minier profitable à tous dans le monde et la nécessité de la création de cette nouvelle structure.
Dans son mot de circonstance, la Ministre des mines, Antoinette N’Samba Kalambayi en sa qualité de maraine du CMMC, a rappelé que cette structure intervient dans un contexte ou les opérateurs miniers sont parfois induites en erreur par des charlatans sans qualité légale ayant des connaissances approximatives du code et règlement miniers, ce au détriment de spécialistes.
» Le corps des mandataires en mines et carrière a pour mission légale de représenter, d’enseigner, et d’assister toute personne dans le besoin ».

Le CMMC a entre autres pour objectif de promouvoir et défendre les intérêts des mandataires en mines et carrière auprès du gouvernement et de l’Administration des mines. Il se veut un cadre d’échanges et de concertations entre mandataires en mines et les faire participer aux différentes rencontres minières.
