Justice : la CPI en visite en RDC pour examiner les criminalités commises par le M23

A la demande des autorités congolaises, le procureur adjoint de la CPI, a effectué une visite de trois jours dans la capitale congolaise pour examiner les criminalités commises par le M23.

La Cour pénale internationale (CPI) a effectué une visite en Rdc pour examiner les criminalités commises par le M23, à la demande des autorités congolaises, a annoncé jeudi 16 novembre à la presse le procureur adjoint de cette juridiction Mame Mandiaye Niang à Pull Hôtel à Kinshasa, au terme de son séjour de trois jours à Kinshasa.

L’objectif de cette visite est de permettre dans les tout prochains jours afin de saisir le juge pour statuer s’il y a des éléments nouveaux ou anciens avant de lancer une enquête. Mais en attendant, la Cour continue d’évaluer sur terrain.

Le procureur adjoint de la CPI, a annoncé qu’au cours de sa mission en Rdc, il s’est entretenu avec les différentes autorités du pays notamment les procureurs généraux, les magistrats, etc.
