Le conseiller juridique du vice-premier ministre de la Justice et garde des sceaux Célestin Tunda Ya Kasende a tenu à éclairer l’opinion sur la rumeur qui circule sur les réseaux sociaux faisant état de la poursuite de l’audition de ce dernier, ce lundi 29 juin, devant la Cour de cassation.

Contrairement à ce qui se raconte, Me Bienvenu Fasso Mfumunzanza affirmé que l’affaire qui a opposé le vice-premier ministre en charge de la justice Tunda au Parquet général près la Cour de Cassation est totalement close.

« Après audition, le PG près la Cour de cassation a décidé un non-lieu. C’est-à-dire que l’affaire est classée. Il y a donc pas de convocation ultérieure », a-t-il déclaré.

Balayant d’un revers de la main cette folle rumeur, Me Bienvenu Fasso a tenu par ailleurs à préciser que Celestin Tunda n’est pas placé en résidence surveillée.
