Les hommes non autrement identifiés ont de nouveau kidnappé monsieur Claude Sebishwi âgé de 30 ans, petit commerçant du village Rangira, en groupement de Jomba en territoire de Rutshuru au Nord-Kivu la nuit du samedi à ce dimanche 28 mars 2021.
Cette information est confirmée par Aimé Mbusa Mukanda notable de Rutshuru, qui affirme que les inconnus armés ont cassés d’abord la porte de la dite victime puis emporté de l’argent et les biens des grandes valeurs dans son entreprise, le phénomène s’est passé vers zéro heure de ce dimanche.
Il indique par ailleurs que la victime est dans une disposition inconnue jusqu’à présent.
Suite à la multiplicité des cas des kidnappings dans le territoire de Rutshuru, la population locale exige la mutation des éléments des forces armées de la République Démocratique du Congo et toutes les autorités œuvrant dans la dite agglomération.
Rappelons que le phénomène kidnapping est devenu monnaie courante dans ce territoire depuis le début de l’année 2021.
