RDC : le Cadastre minier accorde un délai de 45 jours à 16 titulaires des droits miniers et des carrières de payer leurs droits superficiaires

Vendredi 18 Janvier 2024, le Cadastre Minier (CAMI) est revenu sur la nécessité pour les titulaires de droits miniers et/ou des carrières de s’acquitter de leurs obligations financières, a travers un communiqué rendu public dont une copie est parvenue à ActuCongo.net.

Ledit document précise que le paiement des droits superficiaires de 69 titulaires miniers pour l’exercice 2023 n’ont pas été retracés par les services financiers du CAMI à la date du 31 décembre 2023.

Cependant, les titulaires des droits concernés ont été appelés à déposer les preuves de paiement originales au guichet du Cadastre Minier, situé au croisement des avenues Mpolo et Kasa-Vubu à Kinshasa/Gombe, dans un délai de 45 jours à compter de la date de publication dudit communiqué.

Ainsi, conformément à l’article 287 du code minier, les titulaires non en règle après ce délai seront déchus de leurs droits martèle le communiqué.
