C’est ce Mardi 09 Janvier 2024 que les 5 membres du bureau de l’Assemblée provinciale de Kinshasa ont déchu le gouverneur Gentiny Ngobila Mbaka.

Suite à la requête du Parquet près de la Cour de Cassation, des membres du bureau de l’Assemblée provinciale ont levée des immunités du Gouverneur Ngobila sur base d’un réquisitoire du procureur près la cour de cassation.

La décision vient d’être transmise auprès du procureur en vue de poursuivre son action contre les auteurs de la fraude électorale et du vandalisme.

Pour rappel, le Gouverneur Gentiny Ngobila est dans le premier lots des candidats députés nationaux et provinciaux invalidés.

Selon les dispositions requises par le parquet, l’exécutif est également appelé à présenter sa démission endéans 24h.
