La Pléiade des jeunes de Sake, une structure juvénile qui œuvre à Sake dans le groupement kamuronza territoire de Masisi au Nord-Kivu, a eu des échanges fructueux avec les jeunes venus de Kitshanga, Goma, Rutshuru et Kibumba. Ces échanges portés sur la promotion de l’agriculture à travers les jeunes au Nord-Kivu.

Présentant ses différentes activités agricoles axées sur la production de choux, les amarantes, l’oignon, poivrons et aubergines, Muhindo Kambere Jacques, rapporteur de la Pléiade des jeunes de Sake a expliqué l’importance de l’agriculture au sein de la communauté, particulièrement le territoire de Masisi qui, actuellement avec les affrontements entre les rebelles du M23 et les jeunes patriotes, traverse une période difficile.

 » Si nous avons décidé de promouvoir le secteur agricole à Sake, c’est avec objectif de contribuer à la sécurité alimentaire dans notre zone où l’insécurité alimentaire impose ses lois. Nous avons commencé avec les cultures maraîchers, notamment le choux, les poivrons, l’oignon, l’aubergine, et les amarantes et nous avons alimenté les marchés locaux de Sake, Minova et Goma  » a fait savoir Muhindo Kambere Jacques, rapporteur de la Pléiade des jeunes de Sake.

Rappelons que les jeunes de kibumba, Goma kitshanga, et Rutshuru ont formulé certaines recommandations à la Pléiade des jeunes de Sake dans l’objectif de renforcer leurs techniques agricoles avec objectif d’aboutir à une meilleure production.
