Démarrage ce mardi 25 Mai à Kilimanyoka des travaux de réouverture du tronçon routier endommagé par la coulée de larves volcaniques à Kibati dans le territoire de Nyiragongo sur l’axe routier Goma – Rutshuru.
Ces travaux consistent au, rechargement de la scorie volcanique, réglage et compactage mais aussi l’ouverture momentanée de la chaussée sur une distance des 1.700 m de longueur et 10 m de largeur.
Le Directeur Général de la Sococ, l’ingénieur Jacques Amani Kasigondo précise que, ces travaux permettent l’évacuation des certains produits bloqués dans plus des 150 camions à Rutshuru.
Les travaux vont durer 10 jours, ils sont exécutés par la Société Congolaise de Construction ( SOCOC) dans le cadre du partenariat public privé sous financement du trésor public à travers le Fonds National d’Entretien Routier (FONER).
